This Promotion Privacy Notice (this "Notice") describes how MenuSifu Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and retains information in connection with the Soccer Card Collect & Win Promotion (the "Promotion").
This Notice applies only to information collected through the Promotion. It supplements, and does not replace, our general Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Official Rules.

Marketing or promotional text messages are sent only to individuals who provide separate prior express written consent. See the SMS Terms at for details.
Access to Promotion information is limited to personnel and service providers who need it to administer the Promotion.
Participating restaurants are independent businesses. We do not provide Promotion entry records, AMOE submissions, or winner information to participating restaurants for their own marketing purposes.
We may share information with service providers performing services on our behalf (for example, messaging, prize fulfillment, identity/tax verification, hosting/IT, and advisors). They may use information only to provide services to us and are required to protect it.
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or government request; enforce Official Rules; detect or address fraud, security, or technical issues; protect rights, property, or safety; or in connection with a corporate transaction.
We retain Promotion information as long as needed to administer the Promotion, fulfill prizes, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, then delete or de-identify it consistent with applicable law.
Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, and other rights. Submit requests to info@menusifu.com. We may verify identity before acting on requests.
California residents may have rights under CCPA/CPRA, including rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, subject to exceptions. We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in connection with the Promotion.
The Promotion is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. If we learn that we collected information from someone under 18 in connection with the Promotion, we will delete it consistent with applicable law.
If selected as a winner, we may collect additional information to verify eligibility and fulfill prizes, and where required by law, report prize value to tax authorities (for example, IRS Form W-9).
