This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with FIFA, any international or national soccer governing body, any official soccer tournament or event, any soccer club, league, team, athlete, or any other sports organization.
This Promotion is also in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, Google, or any social media or e-commerce platform.
Participating restaurants are independent businesses that use the Sponsor's ordering platform and do not sponsor, endorse, administer, or operate this Promotion.
The Promotion begins on June 8, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on July 19, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Promotion Period"). The Sponsor's computer or designated timekeeping device is the official time-keeping device.
The Promotion is open only to natural persons who are 18 years of age or older and legal residents of one of the following states: New York, California, Pennsylvania, Texas, New Jersey, Florida, Massachusetts, Illinois, Ohio, and North Carolina (each, a "Participating State").
Employees, officers, directors, members, and contractors of the Sponsor, related entities, and participating restaurants, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.
There are two (2) entry methods. Each person may receive a maximum of one (1) entry.
During the Promotion Period, each qualifying online order may unlock one (1) digital soccer card. There are eight (8) unique digital soccer cards in total. Collecting all eight (8) unique cards makes a participant eligible for one (1) entry, subject to verification.
Additional orders, duplicate cards, or higher order value do not increase entry count or chances of winning.
No purchase, payment, order, or proof of purchase is required. A participant may enter by mailing a completed entry form or a handwritten request containing required information to:

AMOE submissions must be postmarked by July 19, 2026 and received by July 24, 2026. Limit one (1) AMOE submission and one (1) total entry per person.

AMOE entries have the same chance of winning as online card-collection entries. All eligible entries in each Participating State are pooled, and one winner is randomly selected per state. Odds depend on total eligible entries in each state pool.
There is one (1) prize pool per Participating State. Entry pool assignment is based on verified state of residence.
A total of ten (10) prizes will be awarded — one (1) prize per Participating State. Each prize is one (1) reward valued at approximately USD $100.
Total approximate retail value (ARV) of all prizes is USD $1000.00. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household.
One potential winner per Participating State will be selected in a random drawing on or after July 25, 2026 from that state's eligible entry pool.
Potential winners must satisfy eligibility verification and may be required to provide identity, age, and residence proof, plus signed affidavits/releases where lawful.
Required responses/documents must be provided within seven (7) calendar days from notification date or the potential winner may be disqualified.
The Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners using provided contact information on or before July 31, 2026, subject to verification.
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other associated costs. A completed tax form (such as IRS Form W-9) may be required where applicable.
Except where prohibited, prize acceptance constitutes consent to publication of winner's first name, last initial, and city/state in connection with the Promotion.
Information is handled as described in the Promotion Privacy Notice and, where applicable, the Sponsor's general Privacy Policy.

The Sponsor may disqualify any participant or void entries that are fraudulent, abusive, automated, manipulated, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.
By participating, each participant releases and agrees to hold harmless the Sponsor and related parties from claims arising from participation or prize acceptance/use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion in whole or in part if integrity or proper operation is impaired, or if required by law.
Except where prohibited, these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
The Sponsor will retain reasonable records relating to entries, selection, verification, and prize fulfillment for a reasonable period, consistent with applicable law.
